First please complete the HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD form. Click on the link or select the tab from the dropdown menu under NEW PARISHIONER REGISTRATION. When you submit the form you will be redirected back to this page.
Then complete the OTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS form to register children and other adults in your household. Click on the link or select the tab from the dropdown menu under NEW PARISHIONER REGISTRATION. Young people away at school may be considered members of your household. But once on their own after graduating they are encouraged to register as a separate household preferably at a Catholic parish nearby where they attend church. When you submit the form you will be redirected back to this page.
If you need to register your child/ren for CHRISTIAN FORMATION, click on the link or select the tab from the dropdown menu under NEW PARISHIONER REGISTRATION. After you submit this form you will be redirected back to this page.
The registration process is initiated when you submit these completed forms. A member of our Welcoming Committee will contact you (by phone or email) to complete the process and answer any questions you might have.
