GriefShare: Loss of a Spouse (click on first graphic above to view a short introductory video)
The death of a spouse brings a unique kind of pain. People who are widowed haven't just lost a loved one - they've lost an entire lifestyle. If you are widowed, join us Saturday January 26 from 10 AM to 12 PM in the O'Brien Family Room for the GriefShare seminar "Loss of a Spouse." We will screen a video featuring expert Christian counselors, authors, and pastors; followed by an hour discussion group. Participants will also take home the "Loss of a Spouse" booklet that includes encouraging devotional materials, grief recovery exercises, and journaling prompts.
Contact Jerry Babral (540) 241-5550 or Kathy Kennedy (270) 348-6819.
Registration is $5 to cover the cost of the booklet. Please register by SUNDAY, January 20.
This seminar is co-sponsored with Church on the Hill, Fishersville VA.
