Ushers

 

Saint John's Ushers are men and women who assist the Pastor and the parish during the Eucharistic celebration. Their duties are many and varied, and include:

Greeting parishioners attending Mass, and assisting them with seating;
Selecting and assisting parishioners as gift bearers for the Offertory;
Collecting monetary offerings, and ensuring safe delivery to Collection Counters;
Distributing Church bulletins and handouts;
Securing Church facilities following all liturgical celebrations.

Additional ushers are always needed.
